Based in Norfolk, Virginia, USA, our company is built upon integrity and providing world-class projects and services. 

Our founder has been building projects worldwide, beginning with nuclear blast/CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) resistant hardened aircraft and command shelters in the Middle East during the Iran-Iraq war and conflict in Beirut in the early 1980s. His project background includes a wide range of technically complex, high-value mega-projects, including infrastructure, process, chemical, oil & gas, and hardened structures.     

As international architects, engineers, and contractors, our business is providing hardened structures to protect people and critical assets from CBRNE threats (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high yield Explosives), armed assaults, and extreme weather events.

Today, we continue operating with the utmost discretion and confidentiality to deliver clients’ hardened shelter projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and government customers.

Our work is governed by the U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
